TERMS OF SERVICE USAGE:
-Completed commissions are for the client's personal use unless previously discussed.
-Completed commission may be posted to my social media/ added to my portfolio unless previously discussed.
-Distributing my artwork to NFT/blockchain and/or AI programs is forbidden.TIMELINE
-Commission time will typically take around a month, but may take longer depending on my schedule. This may be subject to prior discussion. DISCLAIMER: I work full-time in a field unrelated to art. I will make sure to update you if I would need more time to finish.
-There is no binding deadline unless previously agreed upon. For special cases like birthdays/specific deadlines, feel free to discuss the timeline with me before payment is done.CLIENT OBLIGATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
When commissioning, the client agrees to the following:
-No refunds to the client will be offered after a finalized sketch has been agreed upon by both me and the client.
-I have the right to revoke a commission request at any time based on schedule or unexpected events. A refund will be given in this case.
-By commissioning me, the client acknowledges that I retain full usage, rights, and ownership of the deliverable. I retain the right to post, sell, print, display, or otherwise use the commissioned product unless previously discussed.
-I may hold off on posting/using the illustration by special request (surprises/preference to keep commission private)
Commissioning me means agreeing to these terms of service. The client will be held responsible for failure to read the terms of service.
-Commission Rules
-You are allowed two free edits before I begin charging 5 USD.
-Reselling the art in any way shape or form is not allowed. You are not allowed to crop out the watermark, unless you are using the art for personal use such as icons.
-I have a right to refuse/cancel commissions if I want to.Concerning Xenoblade Chronicles Commissions
-All Xenoblade Chronicles official characters are eligible for a 10% discount.
-Characters with detailed armor sets are subject to a 10 USD - 30 USD upcharge (depending on the type of commission; i.e. bust - full body)
